The Mind-Body-Spirit Harmonics Program is designed to give you a clear no nonsense usable platform to take responsibility for all areas of your life; thus allowing maximum Peace, Joy and Enthusiasm. Once we understand who we are and more importantly who we are 'not' we are then truly able embrace our lives free from fear and confusion. Lets look at the components that make up "YOU".

Firstly lets look at the "Mind" - A control system between the Being and the physical universe. It is not the brain. The mind is the accumulated recordings of thoughts, conclusions, decisions, observations and perceptions of a Being throughout its entire existence. The Being can and does use the mind in handling life and the physical universe. When we are under emotional or physical stress a certain "knee jerk reaction" part of our subconscious Reactive Mind is activated; the thoughts, conclusions and decisions made at that time may not be in the best interests of our present day life and interactions. During the course of this program we will start to unravel the workings of the mind thus gaining more control of it, our thoughts, considerations and emotions.

Moving on to the "Body" - This extremely intricate organism is the physical component of the Human Being, our vehicle to do life with in the physical universe. It has many different systems both biological and energetic which when working together in their "normal" natural Balanced state gives us the "condition" we call Good Health. Included in the Program we will do the 7 day Optimum Wellness Cleanse plus take a deeper look at how we can maintain a Healthy vibrant happy body. Modern medicine is beginning to realize each cell, organ and system within the body has its particular frequency, and this frequency is significantly effected by our thoughts and emotions. We can attempt to regulate these body systems but without addressing the underlying 'cause' our chances of restoring Harmony/Balance are slim.

Next we come to the most important part of the Package "Spirit". We refer to it as "I" or "Me". It's the core personality or soul of an individual. It's the spirit that is your basic self, a very powerful and capable character that over time has been trapped and burdened with all kinds of false ideas, confusions, painful experiences, losses, and relationships gone bad. The idea that you have a soul is incorrect. The correct concept is that you are a soul. The soul or Being is at the very core, it's who you are, "The real you". For example, think of your mind like a computer and the Being/Soul as the computer operator. If the mind/computer is not functioning correctly then You as the operator will have a frustrating time and become dulled and despondent by this "game" we call the physical universe. Once we understand there is nothing 'wrong' with us the Being, we can shift our perception from Mind/Body orientated and come from a more Spiritual viewpoint and then with the correct tools address the "Reactive Mind".

Now we come to "Harmonics", the interrelationship between Mind Body and Spirit, the 'team' working in harmony with each other. One of the crucial interfaces between Mind and Spirit is the Heart. The often overlooked key point here is we need to be able to move smoothly between the mind and the heart without being plugged into old defensive emotional patterns and fixed ideas. Some of the more bizarre "New Age" ideas of suppressing the mind in favor of putting on a happy face and persuading all is just fine in your world only leads to anxiety and a feeling of numbness. We will explore in-depth the subject of the Energetic Heart and use the HeartMath research and techniques to truly get back in touch with our Hearts and thus experiencing a more fulfilling Joyful existence. As you may have noticed by now the Mind-Body-Spirit Harmonics Program takes much of its fundamentals from Vedic and Buddhist texts and organized them into a workable undiluted package. Much of the credit must go to the pioneers of this field to whom we are eternally grateful.
